Recipe(tried): ZUCCHINI CRAB CAKES

2 cups grated squash, squeeze out the juice
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 small onion, grated

Mix all ingredients well and make into cakes. Flour on both sides and fry in hot oil until brown.
