Hi Pat - it looks like you have received plenty of recipes and ideas for your search. However, here's one more. I was out-of-state at my daughter's yesterday and browsing thru her MARTHA STEWART LIVING magazine- June issue - and Martha had a gorgeous one! It was made long and rectangle (in a terrine I think) but it sounded and lookd fanastic. I think it used another berry along with raspberries. Just thought I'd pass this on ... as to me ... looking at a picture like this really enthuses me! Maybe your public library subscribes to her magazine .
