Help Please!!! Our 4 H groups get together at our local fair to make lunches and dinners for our families. This year our family needs to make goulash for lunch for about 100 people!! I'd like to keep it very simple so that it can be a throw it in a roaster, warm it up and serve it from there! Since it is being made during fair week at a fairgrounds, I need to keep the ingredients simple and fast!! Does anyone know if I just pre cook the elbow maccaroni , toss in browned hamburg and add spaghetti sauce if this would taste like goulash? Does anyone have a good recipe for goulash? I'd kinda like to stay away from adding things like my mother-in-law does ....such as lima beans?! Thanks for any and all help! Six
