Recipe(tried): Neiman Marcus Cake

This is a delicious Southern treat - too rich for some!!!

1 yellow cake mix (unprepared)
1/2 c. butter or margarine (slightly softened)
1 egg

1 lb. powdered sugar
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1- 8oz. cream cheese (softened)

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into
ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients in a
large bowl and pour over uncooked crust. Bake at 350
for 35 minutes or until set (top will turn light golden
brown). Cool for an hour, cut and serve. Yield: 2 1/2
dozen bars. :)
