It has always brought lots of compliments. The Garlic Powder gives it a good flavor. It gives no exact measurements because it depends on how big your ham is. The amount of Garlic Powder, Cinnamon, and Brown sugar is adjusted to your tastes. I like using this recipe for my diabetic husband. I just substitute the brown sugar and use Sugar Twin Brown Sugar. BAKED PICNIC HAM To remove some of the saltiness, put a picnic ham in a pot of water and boil for one hour. Drain water and add more water to the pan. Boil for another hour. Remove ham and place in baking pan. Remove skin and excess fat. Sprinkle with Garlic powder, Ground Cinnamon, and brown sugar. Bake about 60 minutes until brown sugar is bubbling. Take out a let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Happy Cooking, Betsy recipelink.com
