I always think of baked beans for cowboys out on the trail and biscuts maybe a weiner roast over a campfire too.

When you are decorating use lots of red & white checked cloth, napkins etc. Got a dinner bell? That would be neat to bring them all in. How about a saddle & cowboy boots for centre pieces? or use cowboy boots for vases with wild flowers in them. Get a few bales of hay lineing up the walk way or patio or deck to add more western flavour.
