Cornflake Pudding I 2 c. corn flakes 2 c. milk 1 Tbsp. butter 2 eggs 1/4 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. molasses Heat milk with butter; add well beaten eggs slowly and add remainder of ingredients. Bake in buttered dish set in a pan of water at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour.
Cornflake Pudding II 2 c. cornflakes 2 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten (optional) 1/4 c. molasses 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Combine ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in a 325 degrees oven for 1 hour. Microwave on Medium-High for 15 minutes turning once or twice.
Cornflake Pudding III
3 c. cornflakes 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. molasses 1 Tbsp. Minute tapioca 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1 qt. milk Mix all together, add to casserole dish; cover. Bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Stir once or twice. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
