Banana Split Pie
1/2 cup of butter melted 2 cups Grahman Cracker crumbs 1/2 cup pasteurized egg product to equal 2 eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 2 Cups Powdered Sugar 1 can crushed Pineapple 4 Med Bananas 1 carton Cool Whip 1 jar marashino cherries
Combine melted butter and crumbs and line bottom and side of pie plate. Beat eggs on High Speed till light (about 4 Min) Add powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Spread over crumbs and chill for 30 minutes. Spread pineapple over creamy mixture. Arrange bananas on top pineapple. Cover: refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with cherries.
