I hope someone will have the exact recipe to share. I don't know if either of these recipes originated from Hershey's but hopefully one will be close if the original isn't found.
Cocoa Cinnamon Pound Cake
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour a tube pan.
Cream butter; add sugar gradually beating mixture until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and cocoa.
Add to butter mixture in fourths, alternating with additions of milk in thirds; add vanilla.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with Cool Whip, if desired.

1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in large mixer bowl.
Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating until mixture is blended.
Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan.
COCOA GLAZE:
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Melt butter.
Add cocoa and water.
Stir until thick.
Remove from heat.
Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
