Here's 2 recipes for you. The first one takes more time and is cheesy. The second one is one that my husband makes and calls BBQs. They're both really good.
Cheesy Sloppy Joes
1# ground meat 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 tblsp dried minced onion 1 tsp oregano 1/2 cup chopped green peppers 1 can condensed tomato soup 1/4# velveeta, cut in chunks
Brown and drain meat. Add vegetables and spices. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add soup and cheese. Heat until cheese is completely melted. Stir often. Serve in hot dog rolls or on Italian bread.
Roger's BBQs
ground beef onion, chopped ketchup mustard worcestershire sauce
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add chopped onion to taste. Cook until soft. Add ketchup until the mixture looks pretty wet. Add mustard and worcestershire sauce to taste. Heat completely. Serve on hot dog or hamburger rolls.
