Help! I once had a great recipe for bread that was given to me, along with some starter, by a friend. The starter is fed with potato flakes, sugar and water. I finally found a recipe for this starter, but now need to find a bread recipe to go along with it (instructions on bread-making also--it's been a while!) I am almost positive that the recipe called for potato flakes, starter, no additional yeast.
Anyone with any thoughts?
