Gina, here are a couple recipes that sound "close" to the one you described. Hope they help. :-)Mr Food's Cheesecake in a Glass: Serves 6 to 8

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 pints fresh blueberries, rinsed and patted dry

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, sour cream, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the
cream cheese mixture until well combined.

In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; mix well. Distribute half of the crumb mixture evenly
over the bottom of 6 to 8 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Layer half of the blueberries over the crumbs, then half of the cream cheese mixture over the blueberries. Repeat the layers and serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
______________

Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake

12 servings

Crust:
1 1/2 c low-fat graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c reduced fat margarine -- softened
3 tbsps granulated sugar

Filling:
16 ozs fat-free cream cheese -- softened
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 whole egg whites
2/3 c blueberry pie filling

To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan.
Chill 1 hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. Preheat oven to 375. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg whites.

Spread over crust. Spoon blueberry pie filling on top; cutting through both layers with a knife several times for the swirled effect. Bake for 40 minutes.

Note: If a recipe calls for a can of blueberries, you may make your own by using 2-1/2 cups of fresh blueberries, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, 1-1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1/8 cup of water. Cook
until thickened and clear. Cool before using as a
substitute.
