ISO an eggless cookie recipe. I have a 2 1/2 year old who is extremely allergic to eggs among other things. She's also allergic to wheat, but, I can use rice flour. She's feeling left out as I've been baking other Valentine cookies for my older daughter and the daycare children I watch in my home. Thank-you for any help you can give!
