Apple Crumble
4-6 cooking apples 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar
Crumble:
1 cup plain flour 3 tablesp sugar 3 tablesp coconut 3 tablesp butter
Cook apples, place in ovenproof dish. Rub butter into flour with fingers. Add sugar and coconut, sprinkle over apples. Bake in mod oven until lightly bornwed on top. Serve hot or cold with boiled custard or caramel sauce.
