Today I had a very delicious side of coleslaw at a quaint seafood diner/wholesale seafood place in Belford, NJ (Belford Fish Co-op). The waitress didn't know exactly how it was made but said she remembers seeing them put the cabbage/carrot mixture in a bowl and add milk/cream, mayonnaise and confectioner's sugar. Does anyone know of any recipes containing these ingredients? I didn't taste any vinager or lemon juice and there were no onions in it. Any help would greatly be appreciated! Thanks.
