Kristina,

This recipe is from the pastry chef of NAVA, a restaurant in Atlanta. I took a class he gave and this was one of the recipes. They were good and not really difficult. Hope this helps. (I just copied the Cracker portion of the recipe. If you want all of it, let me know.)

Mixed Greens Salad with Grilled Shrimp and Flax Seed Crackers

Crackers:
1/2 cup flax seeds
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, cold
1/2 cup milk

Crackers:
Place flax seeds, flour, baking powder, salt, and butter into mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix on low speed until it resembles coarse meal. Add the milk and continue to mix on low speed until the dough comes together in a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 10 minutes. Roll onto floured table into a 10x10 square. This should be about 1/16 inch thick. With a knife score into cracker shapes. Place on prepared tray and aerate with the tines of a fork. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until slightly browned. place in airtight container until ready to use.
