Baked Stuffed Scallops Servings: 4-6
1/2 lb scallops, finely chopped 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 2 tbsps minced parsley salt & pepper pinch crushed clove 2 tbsps olive oil 1 tbsp white wine butter
In a bowl mix together the scallops, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and cloves. Stir in the oil and the wine.
Fill scallop shells, dot with butter and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a salad and medium dry white wine.
