I am looking for a recipe for a cookie, possibly called an "Angel cookie". This recipe is possibly 30 years old. My aunt made them for Christmas when I was a child. It was a light-colored cookie, soft, melted in your mouth. It might have been 2 layers. Someone said one of the ingredients was custard.
