SECOND HELPING FRIED FISH

1 lb. fish
1 egg
dash of garlic powder
dash of nutmeg
dash of M.S.G.
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
5 Tbsp. sherry
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. cornstarch
corn oil

Skin and debone fish, cut into bite-size chunks. Make a marinade of egg, garlic powder, nutmeg, M.S.G., soy sauce and sherry. Let fish soak in marinade at least 3 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade and coat well with a mixture of the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and cornstarch. Deep fry in corn oil at 375 degrees for about 4 minutes. Suggested fish: grouper, red snapper, redfish and snook.
