AVOCADO CRAB DIP
1 large avocado, mashed 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp. grated onions 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked
Mix mashed avocado with lemon juice, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream and salt. Add crabmeat and mix thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
