PEANUT BUTTER ROLL CANDY
2 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. water 2/3 c. light syrup 2 egg whites, beaten powdered sugar peanut butter
Mix sugar, water and syrup together. Boil to it hairs off a fork. Do not stir. Pour syrup over egg whites. Beat until it clings to spoon and loses most of its shine. Sprinkle surface with powdered sugar. Roll out thin, spread with peanut butter, then roll up like jelly roll. Cool and cut in pieces.
