I love these Orange Slice Cookies. They stay soft quite a long time.

Orange Slice Cookies

1/3c margarine
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs

Mix above till creamy. Add:
2c flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt

Blend in:
3/4 lb orange slices, cut up, dredge in some of the flour to prevent sticking together.
1/2c coconut
1/2c pecans

Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 deg about 12 min.

(2c crushed corn flakes can.also, be added with orange slices, if desired.)
