I'm looking for cakes made with dates. I used dates while making stollen over the holidays (stores here in Alaska weren't stocking currants!) and was reminded that they have a great flavor. I would also like any quick bread recipes using dates. My cookbook collection has little except some dull-looking date-nut recipes. Thanks!
