Mock Cream

1/3 cup butter
1 cup icing sugar
vanilla

Beat butter to a cream.
Add icing sugar and continue to beat until well blended.
Fill bowl with cold water and move mixture around freely with plate scraper.
Pour off water, and beat until light and fluffy.
Add a few drops of vanilla.
