I TRIED THE RICH GRAVY ROUND STEAK RECIPE AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. MY SON AND I LOVED IT. I SERVED IT OVER MASHED POTATOES. I DID NOT DIP THE MEAT IN THE FLOUR AS I LIKE A RICH BROWN GRAVY NOT THE MILKLY TYPE GRAVY. I ALSO ADDED ONE WHOLE WHITE ONION WHICH I CHOPPED UP AND SAUTED IN THE PAN AFTER I BROWNED THE MEAT WELL. I ALSO ADDED SOME FRESH MUSHROOMS TO IT AS WE LOVE THEM, AND THICKENED THE GRAVY WITH CORNSTARCH. THAT WAY IT KEEP IT'S RICH DARK BROWN COLOR. IT WAS DELICIOUS AND IT LOOKED GREAT IN THE DISHES.
