Bannanas Foster
4 Bannanas sliced lengthwise Dash Cinnamon 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1/2 oz. Bannana Liqueur 1 Tbsp. Butter 1 Large Scoop Vanilla 1 oz. White Rum Ice Cream
Melt butter and sugar in flat chafing dish. Add bananas and saute until tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour rum and banana liqueur over all and flame. Baste with warm liquid until flame burns out. Serve immediately over ice cream.
