These are two of my favorite recipes! I liked this site so much that I chose to share them with everyone who feels the same! They both take the same amount of time to cook, making them very convenient to cook at the same time! These are two VERY simple recipes!

Creamy Chicken with Dried Beef

1 jar of dried beef
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushrrom soup

Chip dried beef up in small pieces and spread over bottom of 8 x 8 baking dish. Roll ends of chicken under and place on top of dried beef. Mix sour cream and cream of mushrrom soup in small bowl and pour over chicken, covering the chicken completely.

Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.

Brown Rice and Mushrooms

1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup of rice
1 jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 can beef consomme soup

Melt butter or margarine. Pour in 8 x 8 baking dish. Add rice, mushrooms, and soup. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.
