Lea - this is not exactly what you requested, but close. I've been waiting to finish the granola I have to try it! The recipe comes from The Mayo Clinic website.

5 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 cup Grape Nuts(TM) cereal
1 cup All Bran(TM)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apricots

Mix oats and wheat germ together. In a separate bowl, mix together water, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add it to the oat and wheat germ mixture, stirring thoroughly. Spread onto a cookie sheet(s) and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. (Stir after every 10 minutes.) Add Grape Nuts(TM), All Bran(TM), and pecans. Bake another 20 minutes. (Stir after every 10 minutes.) Remove from oven. When cool, add raisins and dried fruit. Pack into an air-tight container. (May be frozen.) Yield: 20-1/2 cup servings.
