Here's a couple I found.

Jello Fish
submitted by Jerri
Get out that old fish bowl you've been storing, or do like we did and buy a new one.

6 3 oz. pkgs. of blueberry jell-0
1 c. blueberries or grapes (other fruit would work, but not be blue)
gummy fishPrepare Jell-O according to directions and chill until partially set. Put fruit in bottom of fishbowl,
spoon partially set Jell-O over the top of it and arrange gummy fish in the Jell-O.

NOTE: We just put fruit in bottom of the fishbowl and pour in the mixed Jell-O as you normally
would, child fishbowl in refrigerator and add fish when partially set. Kids like the Jello and fruit
even without the gummy fish (or we have used gummy worms, bears, or what ever was
available). Makes a pretty center piece.

JELL-O AQUARIUM

3 packages blue gelatin

9 ounces red cinnamon candy or small speckled jelly beans

1/2 gallon capacity new fishbowl or large, clean glass bowl

Gummi Fish

A few small pieces of kale or purple endive, washed, patted dry.

In a medium-sized bowl, prepare the gelatin according to package directions, omitting the cold
water step. Instead, use cold water mixed with ice cubes. Use about 1 cup cold water and
enough ice cubes to equal 1? cups per package. Stir until the ice melts.

Meanwhile, make a layer of ``gravel'' by placing the cinnamon candies or small speckled jelly
beans in the bottom of the fishbowl or glass bowl. Slowly pour the prepared gelatin over a knife
blade to keep the liquid from disturbing the gravel.

Place in the refrigerator and chill until slightly thickened. When slightly thickened, place kale or
purple endive into the gravel, using tongs or a wooden skewer. Place Gummi Fish in the
thickened gelatin. Yield: 12 1/2cup servings.
