Ran across this receipe and tried this cake last night- it was great! This is my first Rhubarb experience, and I brought it to a gathering, and a lot of people tried it for the first time, also! Only happy faces! I have been growing Rhubarb in a pot in the backyard and this year it is doing so well, I thought it was a shame to let it go to waste. Well no more! I used a stick of butter instead of margerine, and sprinkled brown sugar and cinnamon on top before baking and stirred it in a little. Also, used my mom's homemade strawberry jam heated up to drizzle on each piece of cake. Wow! Sooo good! Thanks for the receipe!
