Hope this might help. Try www.alaskaseafood.org , click on, onthe table, then recipes there are several crap recipes listed for several types of crab. I have heard of people bar-b-queing crab but don't know how, we boil ours about 20 minutes for a whole crab until the shell is pink. Hope this helps.
