Hi Janice, This isn't exactly the recipe you requested, but maybe you can tinker with it to duplicate the bakery version. Apricot Crumb Bars From: Cookbook USA 1 package (2 layer size) white cake mix, dry 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 6 tbsp. soft butter 1 egg 21 oz. can apricot pie filling (can substitute other fruit pie fillings) Topping: 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. soft butter Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. For base: Combine in large bowl the dry cake mix, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and soft butter. Set aside 1 cup of the crumb mixture. To remaining crumbs in bowl, add 1 egg; mix. Press in pan. Bake 12 to 17 minutes at 350 degrees. For topping: Spoon pie filling over crust. In same bowl used for base, combine all topping ingredients with the reserved crumbs. Beat at low speed until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more. Cool, cut.
