Hi from Ontario Canada! I'm searching for a cookie bar recipe that I have enjoyed at the "second cup" cafes here in Ontario. The best way to describe it is it is like a "Rice Krispie square" without the rice!!! THere is a flake cereal in it, almonds, sunflower seeds, apricots and I'm stumped as to how to get the "sticky" part....unless I just use the Marshmallow base from RK squares. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!
