I am looking for a recipe that was titled "Mock Ham Loaf" as it was not made with ham, but with hamburger and ground pork. When finished, it tasted just like ham and I don't remember all the ingredients or the glaze. It was introduced to me when I lived in Iowa from a radio station there. Can anyone help?? Thanks!
