In the late 70's, in a cookbook that came with a Kenmore microwave, there was a recipe for "FLEMISH BEER STEW". I remember making this and really enjoying it as a winter dinner! I have been looking for the recipe for the past 5 years and would really love the recipe if anyone happens to have it! (My ex got custody of the microwave and cookbook :( !!!!) Please help if you can!
