Hello Everyone,
I've come across a lot of lasagna recipes and sometimes they suggest using ricotta, other times they suggest using cottage cheese (small curd, I think what kind is best?) and I've even have heard about using combos, but what's best and which tastes better? Is it also better to use just mozzarella or a combo of different types of cheeses? What about meat? Is it bet to use a combo of sausage and ground beef or just one type of meat? And one last question...Is it really okay to use regular uncooked lasagna noodles? I've seen some people say you can use them uncooked and get the same results as boiling them without all of the fuss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Stacy
