This is my favorite recipe for Veal Marsala, quick and easy.
1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon butter 2 pounds veal chops 4 ounces marsala wine 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil and butter together in a skillet. Add garlic; brown and discard. Add the veal chops, and cook until tender. Add the marsala, and continue to cook chops for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking the chops long enuff to heat the mushrooms. Remove chops and add salt and pepper to taste.
