Thanks, Betsy! I had checked Epicurious (and a
few other sites!) before posting the request.
The ones you found are closer to what I was
searching for. For your information: they can
be frozen almost solid in an ice cute tray or other
shallow container, scraped out and beaten or
processed in a processor, and frozen again if you
don't have/don't want to use your ice cream maker.
