2(4 1/2 oz) cans deviled ham
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1(0.4 oz) pkg dry ranch style dressing mix (Hidden Valley)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cups pecans, chopped(optional)In a meduim bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be frozen.
