I was recently in Vancouver and in Victoria, British Columbia, where I found that many restaurants were serving a hot spinach and artichoke dip with red pepper tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream on the side. The best one was at Millstones in Victoria. Does anybody have the recipe? Thanks very much.
