Cover turkey loosly with wax paper. Start breast side dow;shield warm areas and turn after each one-fourth time.Micro on Medium-Low (30%power) 6-10 mins/lb .Let set 20-30 mins after thawing, until giblets and neck can be removed. Turkey should be cooked soon after thawed. (*You can use 50% power, if watch closer for warm spots, and cover them. Turkey will thaw in one-third less time.)I'd say about 120 mins time for a 20# turkey at Med-Low or 30% power.
