Steak Sinatra
2# good quality beef, cut into thin strips about 1-1/4" long 2 cloves garlic, chopped Ketchup 2 T. soy sauce 2 T. A-1 sauce 3 T. spicy mustard Seasoning: pepper, basil, oregano A little marsala wine
Saute garlic in olive oil lightly and then brown steak. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients. Add sauce to steak and simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Makes 3/4 to 1 c. sauce. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
