Dear Lisa, I don't know what kind of sauce you have. I suppose you mean a tomato sauce: if not, try this recipe anyway, I grant you it's worth!

You need:
beef meat, sliced
parsley, minced
garlic, minced
parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper (if you like it)
tomato sauce
some toothpicks.

Spread each slice of meat with parsley, garlic, salt pepper and parmesan. Roll up each slice and close with a toothpick.

Roast each braciola in some olive oil, then put them in boiling tomato sauce. If you don't want to roast the braciole previously, you can simply put them directly in the tomato sauce.

I hope you will enjoy this recipe: it is an ancient south-italian recipe that comes from the family of my husband.
Ciao, Mariangela
