I tried this on my family and we really liked it. The best thing about it is: IT'S EASY!!! Even those who normally don't like kraut will like it!

POLISH REUBEN CASSEROLE

2 Cans condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup milk
1/2 chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
2 cans (16 oz each) sauerkraut rinsed and drained
1 8 oz package of uncooked med-wide noodles
1 1/2 lb. Polish Sausage sliced into 1/2 “ pieces
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter melted

Combine soup milk, onion and mustard, blend well.
Spread sauerkraut in bottom of 9x13 pan. Top with uncooked noodles. Spoon soup mixture over noodles. Top with sausage then cheese.
Combine crumbs and butter in bowl. Sprinkle over top. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 350 for 1 hour or until noodles are done.
