Fast and Easy Mock Hollandaise Recipe

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2/3 teaspoon prepared mustard

In small saucepan combine sourcream, mayo, lemon juice and mustard, cook and stir over low heat till hot. serve as normal hollandaise, on vegies, eggs benedict, poultry or fish.

Hint: I have tried this recipe - so easy. If you use Miracle Whip you won't need to use as much lemon juice. Tastes just like hollandaise only half as much work.
