SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS
Sauce - 1 cup brown sugar
2 tblsp. cornstartch
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tblsp. soya sauce
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drain)
Brown pork chops. Place in roaster and cover with sauce. Bake about 2 hours at 325. Double recipe for more than 5 pork chops.
