A restaurant near us (Pier Restaurant, at the Kimberling City Missouri Inn) prepares cornish game hens with a light potatoe flake breading which is
absolutely delicious! I've not been able to find any
recipies that even nearly approximate that. Please
help! My son's "bride" wants them served at her
wedding July 8th.
