Trying to find the recipe for chocolate eclair cake ordered at Key Wester Restaurant in Naperville, Il.
Have tried a couple other recipes, but always too much graham cracker taste. Would like to try again. Do not think they use regular graham crackers in that recipe and cannot figure out what to use. Ingredients are all same, graham cracker crust with a vanilla pudding filling and a chocolate topping. All is layered and then frosting on top
