Crispy Cheese Biscuits
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, softened 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup (minus 3 tsp.) flour 1/2 cup chopped pecans 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce l/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients by hand. Roll approximately 2 tbsp. of mixture into balls and press on an ungreased cookie sheet. Top with bacon bits if desired. Cook at 325 until lightly brown. Cool on paper towels.
