I am looking for a receipe for cheesecake which my mother-in-law used to make. (She died in '80) The receipe calls for dry cottage cheese also called Baker's Cheese, (I can not find this item in my local store either) the batter also uses at least 4 eggs, evaporated milk (not condensed sweetened) had grated lemon rind, vanilla, etc. the crust was made with Zwiebeck Toast, (crushed)and melted butter and cinnamon. The crust was baked for a short time in a spring-form torte pan then the batter was poured into it and the cake was baked in a low temp oven then I believe allowed to set overnight. It was delicious. I lost my receipe many years ago. I would like to recover it and bake it on my next visit to my daughter who lives in RI. I also need a source to find the cottage cheese (dry) my daughter checked with her local grocery stores but was unable to find it in the dairy section. Thank you Bobbie
